This Privacy Policy explains what information 2A BlackMarket collects when you visit 2ablackmarket.com (the “Site”) or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean 2A BlackMarket. If you have any questions, email us at freedom@2ablackmarket.com.
Information you give us
When you place an order, contact us, or create an account, we collect:
- Your name, email address, billing address, and shipping address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
- Order details, such as the products you bought, sizes, prices, and order history
- Your account login details, if you create an account
- Anything you send us by email, such as questions or photos for a claim
- Your name and review, if you leave a product review (your email address isn’t published)
Payment information
Payments are handled by Authorize.net, our payment processor. Your card details are sent to Authorize.net for processing, and we do not store your full card number. We may receive limited details, such as the card type, the last four digits, and a transaction ID, so we can manage orders and refunds. Authorize.net handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect some information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. Our store software also saves your IP address and browser details with each order to help prevent fraud.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies that keep items in your cart, run checkout, and keep you logged in. The store won’t work properly without them.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics that help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Order source cookies from WooCommerce that record how you found our store (for example, a search engine or another website) and attach that to your order.
Our payment processor may also use cookies or similar technology during checkout to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, your cart and checkout may not work.
Google Analytics and Search Console
We use Site Kit by Google to connect the Site to Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, time on the Site, your general location (like city or region), and your device and browser. We use this information in summary form to see what’s working and improve the Site.
- Google Search Console shows us summary data about how our Site appears in Google Search results, such as search terms and clicks. It doesn’t track individual visitors on our Site.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your messages using WP Mail SMTP, a WordPress plugin that delivers our Site’s emails through Hostinger’s email service (SMTP). That provider handles your email address and the message content only to deliver our emails.
If we ever send promotional emails, we’ll only send them if you’ve signed up, and every one will include a link to unsubscribe.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process, print, ship, and deliver your orders
- Send order confirmations, tracking updates, and replies to your questions
- Handle refunds, replacements, and lost-package claims
- Prevent fraud and keep the Site secure
- Understand how the Site is used and make it better
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to run our store:
- Printify and its print partners, who make and ship your order. They receive your name, shipping address, the items you ordered, and contact details if needed for delivery.
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, which receive your name, address, and contact details to create shipping labels, deliver packages, and provide tracking.
- Authorize.net, which processes your payment.
- Google, which provides analytics through Google Analytics.
- Our email service provider, which delivers our emails.
- Our website hosting provider and other service providers that help us operate the Site.
- Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or needed to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or keep people safe.
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or merged, in which case your information may be transferred to the new owner.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfill your orders, provide customer support, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
The Site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are processed by Authorize.net rather than stored on our Site. No website or online service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including Texas, California, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we have about you and get a copy
- Correct information that’s wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of the sale of your information or targeted advertising (we don’t sell your information)
You can also block analytics cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. If you have an account, you can update much of your information in your account dashboard.
To make a request, email us at freedom@2ablackmarket.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it, and we’ll respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response with “Appeal” in the subject line. We won’t treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
Children
Our Site is meant for adults, and you must be 18 or older to make a purchase. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
